Hello Waves,

Below is information about Tyde’s free start and dive clinic. This would be helpful for younger swimmers who are any younger attend Finals but have never dove off the blocks before. 

TYDE would like to invite your summer league swimmers to a Start & Dive Clinic in preparation for Summer League Finals.
These Start & Dive Clinics will be held on Wednesday, July 8th at the following locations: Jerry Long YMCA (Clemmons) and William G. White, Jr. YMCA (Winston Salem)

Feel free to share with your teams. Please keep in mind we will need a minimum of 10 swimmers per session or we may have to combine sessions. Also, please only recommend these clinics for swimmers who are new to going off starting blocks, summer league only swimmers.
