Hello Waves,

   I have attached the heat sheets for tonight and the athlete sheets. Please print out your own copy if you can! We will not have enough copies available for you at Westwood. 
Please note that these events will be combined tonight:

1&2 5&6 7&8 9&10 11&12 35&36 39&40 41&42 43&44 53&54 63&64 73&74 75&76 77&78 79&80 81&82 83&84 

Please have your events written on your child’s arm and also please have your child’s name on their back. This is most helpful for 10 and unders as it helps volunteers make sure they are in the right spot.

Speaking of volunteers…. We still need some for tonight! We need a second half timer, first half Clerk of Course, and lane parents. We cannot run the meet without it. This is the most swimmers we have had at a swim meet this year so far so please sign up to volunteer! 

Please have your child check in with our Jr Coaches at the table as you enter. 

Baby pool is closed tonight!

You may arrive at 4:30 or later
Home team warm up @ 4:55-5:10 PM.
Away team warm up @ 5:10-5:25 PM.
Timers/officials meeting @ 5:10 PM
Meet will start @ 5:30

Grill will stay open after the meet and so will the pool for our swimmers.
