Hello Waves,

  The meet for next Tuesday, June 9th, is now open. Please take a minute to go into swimtopia to declare if you WILL or WILL NOT be at the meet. We also will need volunteers so please sign up for one as well. The meet will be closed/locked on Sunday June 7th at 10pm. 

City Meet takes place on June 19th. If you would like your swimmer to participate in that meet I need to also know by Sunday June 7th! This meet you are allowed to pick your own entries! You can reply back to this email if you are interested or have any questions. 

City Meet in Winston-Salem refers to the annual Robin Jacobs Greater Winston-Salem Swimming Championships. This major community event gathers swimmers from across the greater Winston-Salem area to compete regardless of their experience, age, or skill level.City Meet brings together summer league, YMCA, USA Swimming, and Masters swimmers to compete. Key details about the event: 

• Organizer & Sponsor: Hosted by the YMCA of Northwest North Carolina RipTYDE Swim Team (TYDE).
• Location: Held at the Bolton City Park Pool (1590 Bolton Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27103).
• Events: A full day of competition divided by age groups (such as 6 & Under to Open age groups), featuring individual events, relays, and community vendors.
