Hello Waves, 

 We are very excited for tomorrow! Should be a great day of swimming. Below you will find Heat Sheet Info, Warm up info and where our team will be sitting.

For the First Session (10 and under), we will all meet outside of the GAC at 7:15am. I will have deck parent lanyards and coaches lanyards to hand out so you all can get on deck. Swimmers will go in groups together through the locker rooms and we will meet them on the other side. No adults are allowed through the locker rooms! No adults are allowed on deck unless you are volunteering and have a lanyard. 
The first session should end at 1pm. Please meet your child in the lobby of the GAC. We will text on Remind when we send them back through the locker rooms to meet you all.

Also if you are late to arrive in the morning please text us through Remind as well and we will meet you out front when we can. Please remember parking can be a bit crazy at The GAC so try and plan accordingly.

For Afternoon Session our warm ups begin at 1:15. Please have your swimmers arrive by 12:45. They may not let them through the locker room until first session is over but they can wait up in the bleachers. We are the first warm up and want everyone to be there on time please. 
Volunteers for the Afternoon Session, please text/remind us when you arrive! We will meet you out in the lobby with your badge to get on deck. Info on Timer meetings is in warmup/timeline document below. 

To be more clear about Clear Bag Policy at the GAC… that is for spectators and parents only! Swimmers may bring their regular swim bag!
