•We will be using Clerk of Course for our 10 and unders. Please bring or send your child to CoC at least 5 events before their own.Clerk of Course can be found by the diving wellunder the blue tent. Please also make sure you are keeping track of your swimmers. You are responsible for getting your swimmers either to Clerk of Course or straight to their events.
• Please write swimmer names on backs and events on arms/legs prior to arrival. Please don’t ask the coaches to do this for you!
• Spectators are welcome to bring deck chairs, as we may not have enough for everyone.
• We will use dive overs for the 11 and over events to save time. We have overhead deck lighting and pool lights in case it gets dark on us.
•No parents are allowed behind the start area unless you are a volunteer. No swimmers behind the start area unless you are lined up for your event. We have limited space, and it gets chaotic!

VOLUNTEERING
• Hosting a home meet is a lot of work! As always, thank you to all of our hard working parent volunteers who have signed up to help! After you complete your shift, check in with Jessica or Pam to receive a beverage voucher (good for one free drink at the Grill).• We are still in need of more volunteers! Volunteering at swim meets is a must. We have several families who have not volunteered at all this season. A list of names has been given to the Board. If you haven’t volunteered yet this season, you will be contacted by a Board member. We have two dual meets left this season. Please make sure to sign up!
PARKING
The Westwood parking lot is limited. Please remember to NOT park on the street in front of the Cluband be courteous not to block our neighbors' driveways. Twin City Health, our area's Holistic Chiropractic Care center, has generously offered their parking lot to accommodate overflow parking during the meet.
END OF MEET FUN STUFF!
• We're excited to have our second adult relay at the end of the meet. This one will be a noodle race (each person swims one lap with a noodle). Thank you,
Jessica + Pam
