Hi Waves - we're looking forward to a great meet tonight at Old Town!

1. Attached is the athlete sheet and heat sheet for tonight.
2. Old Town informed us that the buffet this evening will be open from 6-8:30PM, in case you were wondering.
3. Please take pictures tonight! And please share any pictures from this year's season in our Team Album. We'll play this during the end of season banquet.
4. Reminder that we don't have swim practice on Friday due to City Meet. We'll do donuts/ribbons next Friday.
5. Below is all the information Old Town sent us yesterday, just so you have everything in one spot.

Hello Waves!

Below you will find information sent to us from Old Town about the meet tomorrow:

We are looking forward to the meet and hosting Westwood on Tuesday. We hope you find this email helpful and please let us know if you have any questions for your swimmers or parents. We ask the visiting team to gather around the child pool side of the pool deck; this is the side closest to the playground and parking lot. Most of the pool loungers will be stacked away tomorrow, so folding camp chairs are encouraged. Old Town will be offering a dinner buffet. Please bring CASH as your payment. $15 adults, $10 kids 4-12 yrs, kids under 3 yrs are free. We will also offer basic sundries at our snack bar, and adult beverages at a separate bar. Old Town can not accept credit card payments. Our pool length is 80 feet. Swimtopia will convert times to 25 yards. We want to let you know this in advance so your swimmers are not disappointed with their clocked times. Basic Meet Logistics:

• You may arrive at 4:30 or later
• Home team warm up @ 4:55-5:10 PM.
• Away team warm up @ 5:10-5:25 PM.
• Timers/officials meeting @ 5:10 PM - Please gather on the pool deck near the scorer's tent; the tent will be on the side of the pool deck closest to the golf course.
• Meet will start @ 5:30 PM
• We will plan to use dive overs for the 11 and over events to save time. We have overhead deck lighting and pool lights in case it gets dark on us.

We will be sending out the head sheet and athlete sheets as soon as we can tomorrow. We also need 2 more volunteers to help with Clerk of Course!!
