Hello WW Wave Parents,

The volunteer positions are nearly full (thank you!) but we have four spots still open. If you haven't yet signed up, please do so (via Swimtopia) for one of the following positions. Please don't assume "someone else will do it" - we need you!

1. one bullpen organizer for 9-10 boys for the 2nd half of the meet
Bullpen Organizers gather swimmers from the Bullpen (waiting area for 10 and younger swimmers) and get them to the correct lane for their races. U10 parents must serve in bullpen before they can volunteer for other jobs.

2. two lane parents for the second half of the meet
Lane Parents receive swimmers from bullpen organizers & line up the swimmers for their races.

3. one timer for the second half of the meet
Timers stand at the end of the lane and start the stopwatch when the race is started and stops the watch when the swimmer touches the wall at the finish. There are two timers in every lane – one from each team. One timer must record the two times from each timer on the lane sheet.
