Hello WW Waves parents,

If you have any questions about swim team, practices, meets, how to use Swimtopia, volunteering, etc. I will be on deck today (Mon 5/16) during practice to answer your questions as best I can. I’ll be sitting at a table w/an umbrella and am wearing a pink linen top and black pants. If you don’t have any questions feel free to stop by and say hello. If you are new to swim team please introduce yourself!

Have questions but can’t be at practice today? 
First check the Swimtopia team website (https://westwood.swimtopia.com/) for answers. If you don’t find what you need, send an email to [email protected]. Shaun Sidden and/or I will check that account daily throughout the season.

Have questions for coaches? 
If you have questions or comments for coaches this week please talk to them between 4:45 pm – 5 pm or after practice, but not during practice. If you don't know who the coaches are, check out the coaches page in swimtopia (under the "About" tab > "Coaches") where you can see pictures and read short bios.

Need something during swim team practice?
Please do not carry on a conversation with lifeguards when they are on the lifeguard stands. They must stay focused on swimmer safety. If you need something ask a lifeguard who is not on the stand or speak with Kirsten in the manager’s office. Thank you for understanding! We love our members and want to keep them safe.
