To celebrate all the personal best times you have achieved over the past two weeks we’re bringing back “Donut Fridays!” Krispy Kreme donuts will be served after morning practice tomorrow along with ribbons from the first two meets against Sherwood and Brookberry.

A friendly reminder: League Finals are on Monday July 12th at the Greensboro Aquatic Center (not Sunday July 11). This includes 6 & unders. Not everyone will swim in finals, but keep that date open if possible.
