Hello,

The sign ups for time trials on June 1 are open.  We are asking for you to sign your swimmer(s) up by Wednesday night so we can start “setting up” the meet manager software Thursday  

Time trials is a fun event where everyone is offered and encouraged to swim all events and strokes to establish base line times for the season.  6 & indeed will only swim freestyle and backstroke.  There will be donuts & team time for the kids and a short parent meeting afterwards.

Please sign up for a volunteer job to help out while you are signing up your swimmer.

Signup Instructions:

Log into your account at westwood.swimtopia.com and select the drop down bar for the “meets & events” tab. Then click “Signup Calendar”. Click the green button next to “time trials” that says “meet entry”, click the “edit” button under your swimmer’s name, then choose “attending this meet”. Then go back to the meet schedule page and click “job signup” button and choose a way you can help! If you have any questions or need help let us know, there is also a tab on the main page under “Meets & Events titled “signup instructions”, that will help you as well
